Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

First-class or Priority Mail via USPS are our standard methods of shipping. 

If you have ordered a Home Sleep Test device, the order will be sent through USPS Priority Mail and should reach you within 3 business days.  

We make returns easy!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 30-night return option from the date of delivery for most of our products. Please note that exceptions apply to some items (listed below). To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new and unopened condition, unless stated otherwise.

STEP 1: Contact Sleeptopia

Starting your return is simple. Reach out and tell us about the issue. Remember, it is important that you start this process within the 30-night time frame for refunds. After our discussion, we will provide you with a shipping label. This allows you to return the package for a nominal, flat fee of just $10, plus any applicable taxes.

STEP 2: Drop off your package

We need to receive your package within 30 days of the original shipment date to issue a full refund. Place the return label we provide on the package that you will be returning and drop it off at any Sleeptopia or USPS location. Please note: it is best to drop off your package with USPS as soon as possible to ensure adequate time for transit and the processing of your return.

STEP 3: Receive your refund

Once we receive your returned package, we will verify a few details before refunding the full purchase price, less the $10 return fee and any applicable taxes. Your refund will be issued to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase. You should receive the refund within 5 to 7 days of your package arriving at our facility.

A few items to note:

  • We do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. The $10 return fee and any applicable taxes will be deducted from your refund.
  • Certain special sales may be exempt from the return policy. Items that are exempt from return will be identified at the time of sale.

I have opened the box and/or used the product. Can I return it?

To ensure the quality and integrity of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been opened or used. Please see below for clarification of “opened” and “used”:

  • “Opened Products” The product has been removed from the original product packaging. This does not include the packaging in which the product was shipped (like shipping boxes) but does include the product packaging and any shrink-wrap.
  • “Used Products” A product has been used if usage hours are present on a machine or a product shows any signs of use or damage.

Can I return defective items?

If a product you purchased from us arrived broken, is missing parts, or if the product is malfunctioning or defective, we will make this right. Simply follow the return steps mentioned above to begin the return/exchange process.

When you return a product still covered by a warranty, you will not be liable for the cost of shipping and, to make things simple, we will provide you with a shipping label.

If you would like to exchange the defective item, we will ship out an exact replacement at no additional cost to you. If you prefer to return your defective item for a refund and the product is still under the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will be happy to work with the manufacturer to obtain a full refund for you. Please note, the refund decision does lie with the manufacturer in this case.

New & Unopened Products

If you’re not satisfied with a new and unopened item, you may return it within 30-nights from the date of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping, and expedited shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Used & Opened Products

We understand that it’s important for you to evaluate and use the products you purchase to ensure they work for you. That’s why we offer a 30-night return option for most products, with a few exceptions (see below). If you decide to return a used or opened item, it will be refunded with a Sleeptopia Credit, which does not expire. You are responsible for return shipping, and expedited shipping costs are non-refundable. Credit may take up to 10 business days to process.

Please note that we do not accept returns of products that have ordinary wear and tear, water damage, or any damage caused by improper use or accidents. Additionally, products must be returned with all the original packaging, including manuals. Items that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you.

Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for returns if they have been used or opened:

  • CPAP, BiPAP, and APAP machines cannot be returned if registered user hours are greater than 0 
  • Mask Cushions/Pillows
  • Mask Frames/Headgear
  • Mask Accessories (including chin straps and mask liners)
  • All CPAP Parts and Supplies (including filters, filter covers, side covers, water tubs/tanks/reservoirs, power supply cords, SD cards, and air outlet pieces)
  • CPAP Hose Lift & Support
  • CPAP travel cases
  • CPAP Tubing (including AirMini tubing)
  • Tubing Adapters
  • HumidX Cartridges for AirMini
  • Battery and Power Converters/Adapters
  • Solar Panels
  • CPAP Cleaning Fluids and Wipes
  • PAP Sanitizers
  • CPAP Pillows
  • Eye Masks/Covers
  • Pulse Oximeter

FREE standard shipping offer is only valid in the continental United States which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands. These states and territories will be subject to an additional shipping fee.

In the event of a carrier indicating successful delivery of a shipment and a customer reporting that the shipment was not received, the customer will be responsible for opening a dispute or inquiry with the carrier.
